- Free Access:
If you are new to the DAC system, please note that issuers have made information available to you at no cost. Click the REGISTER button to choose your user name and password.
- Search by CUSIP:
You may search by CUSIP number, obligor, issue description, bond type or issuer for any municipal security in the DAC system. For example, you can choose to search by “Bond Type” and select “Healthcare” as your bond type and view all healthcare bond issues in the DAC system, including fixed rate bond issues, variable rate issues, ARS and others.
- Search by NAME:
You may also choose to search alphabetically for Obligor, Bond Issue, or Issuer by clicking “search type” and then the letter that begins their name.
- Build a Portfolio (My DAC):
Click “Create Portfolio” and name your folder (ie: Healthcare). Once you have located the Obligor or Issue through the search mechanism, check the box to the left of the issue description and choose “Add Checked Items to Portfolio”. You will see the dropdown list of all portfolios you have created. Choose the portfolio for this issue and click the “Move” button. Clicking “My DAC” will refresh the information.
- Free Document Access:
To view or download documents for any municipal security, click on the "Disclosure" link on the right of the Obligor Name in the Search Results. In the Disclosure Management portlet you will see a list of all documents filed by the Obligor’s authorized representative for this issue including the number of each type of filing and the date of the most recent filing.
- Email notifications:
To be notified via e-mail of any new filings by an obligor, the issue must reside in one of your portfolios and you must select the feature(s) you wish to receive information about. Click on “Profile” and check any items of interest in the “Disclosure Filters” section to manage your flow of free information.
- NEED INFORMATION ON AN ISSUER NOT ON THE SITE:
Please contact the issuer and ask them to file ongoing disclosure information on the DAC site. DAC can be reached at 888-824-2663.
